John Gale brings that precision.

With decades in military, commercial, and corporate aviation, John has led flight operations at Nike, American Express, CNH Industrial, and Honeywell—following nearly 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He’s flown internationally as a captain, scaled global fleets, and served on boards shaping industry policy.

At Nike, he launched drone operations and introduced aviation branding strategies. At Amex, he led a $250M executive fleet and implemented a utilization plan that drove measurable performance gains.

He pairs that field-tested experience with academic rigor: a Doctor of Business Administration from Temple, an MBA from Boston University, and advanced degrees in strategy and public relations.

Since joining Ironfleet’s founding team, John has been instrumental in refining our platform, validating core assumptions, and expanding our operator network. He understands how MRO actually works—and how much better it could be with the right tools and timing.
