Privacy policy
Effective September 23, 2026. This policy covers the ironfleet.ai website. Customer data inside aviOS is governed by the customer agreement.
What we collect
Information you send us through forms on this site (name, email, company, role, fleet, message). Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referrer, device type, approximate region). We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To reply to you, to schedule and prepare walkthroughs you request, to improve the site, and to send you information about Ironfleet if you ask for it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the site and communications (hosting, email, form processing) under confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, then deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you at any time by using the contact page. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants specific privacy rights (for example GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply and we will honor them.
Cookies
The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and for aggregate analytics. No cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Security
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable providers. No method is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
