RESPONSIBLE AI
Ironfleet augments your team’s expertise; it does not replace it. Every answer shows where it came from, a certificated person makes the call, and your data stays governed and secure.
Operating principles
Product behaviors you can trust.
Traceable sources
Every answer cites the manual revision, the record or the person it came from. If it cannot cite it, it does not say it.
Context and evidence
Answers are tied to the aircraft, the event and the paperwork, never to a generic model of “an airplane.”
Human accountability
Consequential decisions are approved by a qualified person. aviOS drafts; a technician signs.
Escalation paths
When the evidence runs out, the system says so and routes the question to an expert instead of guessing.
Secure, governed data
Your records stay yours. Tenant isolation, access you control, and no training on your data without your agreement.
Built for responsible use
Designed around aviation’s safety and compliance culture: revision control, sign-off, and an audit trail for every answer.
How it shows up
Safety and compliance culture
01
Sources on every answer
A source strip under each response: AMM chapter and revision, work order, release certificate, shift note.
02
“Trust, but verify”
A confirmation step before anything is signed. The technician confirms; the system records who and when.
03
Honest “I do not know”
Missing evidence is surfaced as a gap, with a path to the person or document that can close it.
04
Audit trail
Every answer, source and decision is memorialized to the aircraft record so it can be reviewed later.
Your data
Governed, isolated, yours.
How secure is my data? Aircraft records are the operator’s property and often the owner’s. aviOS is built as a tenant-isolated system: your documents, extracted data and knowledge are stored separately from every other customer’s and are accessible only to the people you authorize.
We do not use customer records to train shared models. Model improvements come from published technical data, our own labeled sets and customer data only where a customer has explicitly agreed to it in writing.
Every document ingested keeps its original alongside anything extracted from it, so the source of truth is always the record itself, not our reading of it.
